I work across the span from direction into deliveryMy background is in Enterprise Design, Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Service Design, and Delivery.I tend to work where organisations are trying to make sense of something complex and turn direction into something people can actually use. That might mean working at enterprise level on outcomes, capabilities and operating models. It might also mean getting into services, journeys, processes, information, decisions, systems and the day-to-day work around them.I’m most useful when those levels need to stay connected. I like making complexity visible, asking the questions that help people understand what is really going on, and creating simple structures that help people move forward.A lot of my work is about changing the zoom without losing the thread. The detail matters, but so does remembering what we were trying to achieve in the first place.
